Repair / Exchange

MasCom offers a wide selection of refurbished sub assemblies and parts. These are available at a competitive price with your defective repairable unit supplied in exchange.
MasCom takes your old part and either refurbishes it (EXCHANGE), or REPAIR it.
This means you can get a repair/exchange part for a much lower price than a new part.
If your old part is physically damaged  you cannot use the "Repair/Exchange" procedure.
When you send your defective parts from a country, which does not belong to the european community countries, please send them together with a commercial invoice with a low value, e.g. 10 to 20 US$ or EUR, which states, that these parts are defective and have no commercial value.
If you send forepumps or turbopumps for repair, please send them together with a declaration of decontamination (available also under DOWNLOADS), which states that these parts are free of hazardous materials. If you do not provide this decalration or if the pump is contaminated, we have to charge 450 Euro for the decontamination, which will be done prior to the repair.
